Melodie Green
Melodie Green, Co-founder and CEO of AWG Construction, hails from Trenton, New Jersey, but has been a resident of Georgia for more than 20 years. Melodie has a degree in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of West Georgia. She also received her master's of science in Global Studies and International Relation, with the aspiration to work in community development. Melodie has over 10 years experience in the Marketing and Real Estate industry, and serves her community in sisterhood with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is happily married to co-owner, Mr.Alex Green and mom to Emery and Bella.
Alex Green
Alex Green, Co-founder and President of AWG Construction, is a Georgia native from Fayetteville, GA. He is an alumni of Georgia Southern University, with a degree in Civil Engineering. He's had the privilege of working in partnership with some of the leading general contractors in the country for over 10 years. In addition to construction, Alex is passionate about baseball and football. His leadership as an athlete is reflected seamlessly as a business owner. "Communication, collaboration and adaptability, are attributes I use often to achieve the 'win' for those counting on me." When Alex is not on a site, he is spending time with his family, Melodie (wife), Emery (son), and Bellamy (daughter).
